Dart & Partners - Dawlish sold my Mum's town house in Dawlish. All the way through the process the team were helpful, proactive & kept Mum informed.
They found a buyer very quickly and guided Mum through the initial stages of the process. The sale took quite a long time to complete, due to delays with Mum's purchase, but they were very patient and understanding.
The whole team were great, particularily Stuart & Rob who went above & beyond to help Mum including printing documents, witnessing signatures and guiding her through completion of forms.
We would definitely recommend Dart & Partners to anyone looking for an estate agent in or around Dawlish.
