We have now been with Belvoir for 9 years and gave them another property to look after for us in 2021. We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Apprentice Negotiator Kacey Avis while seeking replacement tenants for one of the properties this year. She continues the Belvoir tradition of exemplary service in our opinion. While our principle contact for tenants Stephanie was on holiday, Kacey went the extra mile to continue the process of finding replacement tenants, identifying some new prospective tenants, progressing the qualifying of those prospects and arranging viewings as appropriate.
