I would like to share my thoughts on the prudent work that was carried out by Barbara Croft on behalf of my wife and I.
When our tenants moved out they left behind a property that was in need of a desperate clean. There was no viable option other than to recoup some of the costs from the tenant for cleaning.
Beresfords referred our case to Barbara. Barbara from the beginning provided my wife and I with valuable advice of how to proceed.
Barbara's endeavour and due diligence ensured that a quick outcome was achieved.
If my wife and I were to unfortunately experience a similar issue with tenants, we would ask for Barbara's help.
