Since thiis company bought out Nicholas Michael estate agents, Talbot Green in February 2024 the service from the rental team has been appalling. This includes contact or rather lack of contact with Marc Howells, Head and lettings and Lucy Howells, Lettings regional manager.
I have had to email and ring them numerous times every month as the rent has not been paid, also no invoices have been sent out.
Contact with them has been extremely difficult as they do not reply or ring you back.
The attitude of Kate Fryer was very poor too.
I have now moved to another letting agent and my advise to anyone thinking of dealing with this business is to avoid them.
