I had tried to sell my house unsuccessfully through some agents and was very unhappy with the service I was receiving. I approached Pilkington Estates to get their advice. I had had two meetings with them where they came to meet me and to look at my property which consisted of the Main House and four Holiday Cottages. I received extremely professional and sound guidance from them.
Sadly, just days before I was due to instruct them a buyer was found for my house and I had no need of their services.
Regardless of this fact, I would not hesitate in recommending Pilkington Estates. I found their service to be exceptional and they were extremely understanding and courteous when I did not proceed with instructing them.
