I have been with Martin & Co for a short time and have been dealing with Michael the Property Service Co-ordinator. He provides a professional service and goes above and beyond, for example putting up leaflets advertising my flat in the university. He deals with issues quickly and is detail orientated, flagging issues in my flat of which I was unaware. I feel nothing is a problem for Michael. He is always polite and considerate and addresses my concerns. In the short period that I’ve been with the company, they’ve made me feel comfortable from the outset. I would recommend them to anyone looking for property services within the area.
