I phoned to view a property that has been on the market for at least 10 months or a year, obstructed by pompous guy for no reason, requesting s business plane before I even viewed I had sent two polite requests to view two property on line, no contact back.I phoned to follow up, after making complaint to a lovely assistive lady who works in the owners sons office, a Sebastian or similar, she said he would phone back. Then this guy phones back with such a pompous and totally unprofessional attitude he should work with animals not normal people, his attitude says it all about having a valid complaint, do not do business with this company, seek the freeholders details and speak to them you will have a much better experience I have health with people for years and this guy Sebastian condescending and totally childish phone call left me only one option and that was to tell him to go and F himself, that's how cheeky and smarmy this guy is, and to think it's his daddy's company, there property's sit for months and months because of this their reputation amounts business people is appalling. Do yourself a favor and if listing go to a reputable professional company I run five property's in London and over two dozen nationwide and have never had such a bad service. Their attitude to a normal request is totally unprofessional and I advise all either to rent of others or pass your property to a professional who can actually deal with serious inquiries in a polite manner, they are well known as a company who just messes Tennant's and Freeholders around.
