James recently sold our property. Prior to this we had no experience of using an independent estate agent but we would definitely do it again (and if we were still in the area, we would always use James again). He was very professional from the moment we met him. He was informative about the process and realistic about the market. Having only him do the viewings was initially one of the biggest positives - he really got to know the property, it's character, it's renovation and we trusted he was enthusiastic and passionate about what it had to offer. Being local he can speak honestly to potential buyers about the area, and share his personal experiences.
After securing a buyer we were further impressed by how James communicated with us throughout. Having such great accessibility for both our buyers and us to speak to him made elements of the process such as organising surveys and extra reviews of the house so much easier. During the long wait for the chain to be ready, James kept up to date with each person involved so that we were always informed. Where possible this offered reassurance and helped calm anxieties. Never have we had an estate agent so good at ensuring all parties are happy and ensuring the chain is moving forward.
James has always been so good at communicating, helpful, professional, and present. We can't recommend him enough!

In providing a one to one service to a smaller number of clients at a time I have a lot more time to put into each individual sale to ensure all involved get the best service possible which leads to a less stressful sale that is more likely to reach completion.
I haven't looked back since I moved away from the restraints of traditional High Street agency, and reviews like yours spur me on ...
