We have worked with Village estates over a number of years for updated valuations etc . Our contact has been Charlie Painter .
He managed to sell our property without overt marketing within 10 days of agreeing to sell with Village Estates ... ..At a sale price well in excess of the ticket price suggested by 3 other agents ,
He kept in close contact with us throughout , always replied to mails ,texts and calls with promptness . He was not afraid to offer " best advice " which we took on many occassions
