The service received from the Beckenham Office when selling my home was fantastic from beginning to end. Amir, Ross and Rena always communicated clearly, promptly and fairly regarding viewings and potential buyers. They marketed our home with sensitive and were flexible to the needs of our family. During the sale process, Rena stayed on top of all the developments and ensure that solicitors were efficiently processing the transaction. Dear Ms Shaw, I am sorry that you uncle did not get his £2000 reservation fee refunded but as I mentioned to you before, the money was paid directly to the developer who he will need to take this up with.
