Nick Smith provided our market appraisal and it was clear, concise and fair. He guided us to an asking price that he believed would attract viewings and that proved to be the case. The support team worked with us to produce photos and a property description that we were happy with and the photographer came back to take a second lot of exterior photos when the weather improved which really helped. Frances Elgar worked as our negotiator. We had an offer for the full asking price shortly after listing by our buyers lost their buyer after two months. Frances worked tirelessly to put the chain back together and engaged with solicitors and the agents in the chain to ensure we finally exchanged. She was always professional, objective and attentive and we were really impressed by how conscientious she was. She listened to our perspective but was not afraid to explain her position and provided extremely helpful advice throughout. We were really impressed by the whole process and highly recommend Nick, Frances and the team at Exeter Stags.
