We experienced significant challenges throughout our dealings with IAMSOLD. From the beginning to the eventual failed completion, there were issues with transparency regarding the vendors, their readiness to sell, and the condition of the property.
One of the few tasks for their substantial reservation fee was to verify the identity of the relevant parties. Even in this, they failed. A second promise was to complete the purchase no later than 120 days after the exchange of contracts. There was never any intention of this.
If they were a bank, we would have received interest on our reservation fee, but none was offered. Rather, it was returned as if it were a favor as this extra fee (for what?) is apparently deemed

Hi, Georgina. Thanks for sharing your concerns here. I can see that we have addressed your concerns at Stage 2. You are free to escalate your complaint to Stage 3 for further review, if you remain dissatisfied. You will then be able to escalate your concerns further to The Property Ombudsman if you wish.

As previously stated in our complaint response, our identity verification procedures did not fail at any time. During the sale, Solicitors encountered an issue following an unexpected name change by an involved party. This caused delays that were entirely out of IAM-Sold's control, and - following the breakdown of the sale - we returned to you the contractually non-refundable monies that you paid to us.

The condition of the property is entirely out of our control, and I'm afraid we are not able to offer interest on the fee that was paid to us.

As above, if you would like to escalate your concerns, please feel free to do so.

Thanks for your reply. But why using viewers names to make money. You cannot force people to pay with out registered on your website or made a bid on properties. You can put these therm on you website for your bidders so they have to agree before that. This is unlawful make this kind of list without this people knowing you have such a contract with vendors.
