Worst group out there

I've purchased a property with A2Dominion and they are literally the worst I've come across (across 4 countries). They are clueless as to how to manage property and their service levels are atrocious.

Case in point: it's taken them about 9 months to fix a simple light and they haven't been able to yet. Feels like a bit of a circus and the people they have you work with seem incapable of differentiating between a light bulb and a boiled egg. I was put in touch with Asif Khan who doesn't know how to schedule an appointment or ask his sub contractors for an update. My 9 year old son can do better.

It's almost embarrassing and while I resent the day I actually signed a deal with them, am putting this out there so others don't go through the same ordeal.

Have had leaking pipes, defective electrics, sewage issues and more, all of which they have no clue as to how to go about repairing. They sub-contract and are equally poor at managing their sub contractors. It's almost embarrassing.

Stay away folks. Signing up with them is like signing up for a nightmare and months (possibly years) of headaches. Far, far better groups in the UK. A2 is terrible !

Dreadful! Avoid this company, A2Dominion owns Jigsaw Housing Association and Fabrica too. They lie and deceive tenants and leaseholders. They demand fees that neither in any of the contracts you and solicitor signed, nor you agreed to. When you ask them to explain why, ...
