We are having a great experience with you. All if the staff are helpful. We are hoping to complete the sale in the coming weeks.
The only negative feedback back we have relates to 2 different Apps we have to use for the Sale. The Homey App and the Rowlinson Solicitors App. It seems that we are constantly having to reload information on either or both apps. We liked the idea of using your in-house solicitors, as we thought it would be easier and less stressful. However, its not been that way and should we ever sell a property again we will appoint our own solicitors. Please note this is no reflection on the service provided by Pilkingtons. We think you offer a 5 star service.
