Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with us was not up to your expectations. However, we feel it is important to clarify a few points regarding the situation.
As you mentioned, the property in question was shared by yourself, your boyfriend, and a relative. Unfortunately, due to issues/disputes between you and your boyfriend, the other relative left the property, leaving you as the sole occupant. If this wasn't the case, you would not be writing this review. Despite this, the full rent was not being paid, and as a result, the landlord suffered a significant financial loss.
It is also important to note that the property is not an HMO (House in Multiple Occupations), and your actions effectively attempted to convert it into one. Due to this, we had no choice but to pursue legal action to regain possession of the property and rent it to a family.
While we understand that rental arrangements can sometimes be complex, it is important to note that any actions taken were in line with our obligations to the landlord. We aim to act fairly and professionally towards both tenants and landlords, and we regret that you feel this was not the case.
Should you wish to discuss this matter further, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Many thanks
