Excellent service! From initial consultation through to our sale, we felt thoroughly taken care of by Arins. The pricing offered was fair and that, and the commission percentage, were in line with other estate agents. The information Arins collected so that their viewing agents are knowledgeable is one of the stand-out features - we knew that prospective buyers were being shown round by someone who had the information at their finger tips to answer seller questions and to bring out the best in our house. The photos were well done and showcased our property well. All through the process Arins were proactive, in touch with us, and in touch with solicitors and other estate agents up the chain. I believe without Harry and Chrissie the sale would have fallen through, but their dedication to getting in touch with the relevant parties and making things clear kept everything moving. We were very impressed with the service and would recommend them to everyone!
