STAY AWAY!!!
After one viewing with Fulfords they took my details and have been harassing me on a daily basis as they want my house to sell. I have told them 4 times by phone not to call me that I would NEVER sell with them. I have been into office and screamed and shouted and told them not to call me. I have recieved a further 5 calls since then, today I go to the police.
What agent could do to change your mind?
If they actually listened when I said NO - as they haven't that makes them as bad as a rapist

What agent could do to change your mind?
Stop sending me emails when I ask you to. Don't send emails to me that are addressed to some other person(!). Don't keep calling me, particularly after I have asked you not to. Don't pass my personal details on to other companies without my permission.

What agent could do to change your mind?
-Be transparent on fees, don't offer a discount to sign earlier when it's obviously not worth it for the tenant -Don't spam and provide ways to unsubscribe to SMS (I'm sure this is not entirely legal)
