Terrible experience as both a seller and buyer with AB Properties.
As a seller they make a lot of promises and fail to keep them. It is very clear that AB Properties make no effort to generate sales and avoid conducting viewings making the seller do them. When Home Reports are requested by potential buyers there is no follow up to turn the enquiry into a viewing. The agents happily tell you how unavailable they are to conduct viewings due to their social calendar.
As a buyer, they do not keep you updated with any offer made, you have to chase them all the time for updates. When you have put an offer in on a property, they do not even tell you that there have been other offers made and leave you to find out that the property has sold to someone else via a third party website!

I bought my first flat through AB Properties. They made it very easy and were always at the other end of the phone to answer any of my questions, big or small. Can't recommend them enough....

Comment on agent fees
I did not have to pay fees because I was purchasing. I have spoken with other people who have sold through AB and all feedback has been that that they are very competitively priced compared to other agents. I will definitely be using them when I come to sell in the future.
