Renting an apartment at the beginning from Wenthworth &Rose was the start of the disaster.

Upon entering the apartment,i realised there was more than 1 electricity meter that i was never told at any points i met the agent.Therefore i had to fork out the extra standing charges which were grossly unfair.Normally 1 electricity meter each house.

Throughout my tenancy ,the agent were totally lethargic when i faced any issues,in particular related to maintenance.

The landlord was lethargic and unresponsive as well.He showed outright disregard for the property. Whenever any issues were raised,i received no or belated response ,always resulting in further damage.

I was fed up with such a horrendous living environment and decided to move out. Once i moved out, i was told to lose all deposit.Fortunately i had each and every evidence of their atrocious behavior,TDS ruled a fair decision and i retrieved most of the deposit after a long battle.

Because of their unscrupulous behavior and in collusion with landlords to rob you of the deposit, you must avoid this agency at all costs. Even if you buy a house from this agency, they must give you a problematic property.They do have no moral principles or integrity.

In the meantime they are trying to create deceptively positive reviews everywhere.So beware of the scam or trap.

Remember, NOT to have any transaction or be in any contact with this agency.They give you horrible if not intimidating experience without any shadow of doubt.
