The washing machine was leaking on the first day the tenant moved in. Sabine rang to tell me and organise a plumber to repair it, ( woh said he was busy this week).
she had to visit a flat nearby later in the morning and dropped in to no 67 to see what the problem was! Using her initiative she rang the plumber who helped her resolve the leak ( it was a kink in the hose to the dispenser draw) not only saving me a substantial cost but making the tenant very happy!
A refreshing and positive attitude goes a long way!
