Booked the morning off work and travelled down from Newry as we had confirmation to view 2 properties. When we arrived, we were not on the list to view property #1 and no agent showed up to show property #2. Although the agent at property #1 rang the office for support, no help was provided meaning we drove to Belfast for no reason.
Poor management and clear lack of communication or respect for peoples time. Avoid!

Was talking a lot to an agent here and implied I got the property. Been over a week since hearing from the agent ignoring calls and emails chasing an update.
Poor service, only interested in the application not bothered about the follow up....

Excellent fees, only charged £40 for application fee if accepted by landlord whereas other companies charge this even if you do not get accepted by the landlord.

What agent could do to change your mind?
First be Honest, be clear, educate all staff how to treat a customer. Don't discriminate people. Please tell your agents that they are not doing any free service.Attached Filesnbsp;
