As previously stated, these people have no idea how to act in a professional manner, especially when it comes to tennants.
They acquired properties on a farm, one of the cottages I was resident in for some eight years, without issue. They attempted to immediately increase the rent by 30% before issuing eviction notice, without any discussion. I was in remission from stage 4 cancer, but they just evicted anyway.
This is an appalling organisation which operates on an unhealthy dose of incompetence.
MUST BE AVOIDED!!!!!!
