After diligently choosing William H Brown in Diss to sale my property, I found their professionalism to be dreadful, a somewhat disappointing experience throughout. They listed my property without determining it was timber frame. I had significant interest in the first week with several views and an offer made in the first week. Unfortunately, this wasn't proceedable as the buyers struggled to secure a mortgage, had it been noted on the listing earlier as to the nature of the structure it would have saved considerable wasted time for me and potential buyers.
I found the branch to be poorly managed with calls not being returned, with one occasion having been told of a call back in 10 minutes finally having my call reciprocated four hours later, and this proved to be a frustrating pattern of communication throughout, with staff invariably engaged or away from their desks, contact through e-mail was equally dire with mail going unanswered for several days or if at all. When I did get to speak with the manager of the branch, her manner was somewhat patronizing and I was misinformed with details of placing my property into auction being particularly notable for a level incompetence with both the Norwich branch as well as the Diss branch, in equal measure, with my property not being fetured straight away due to technical issues, to summaries, incompetent, unprofessional and sloppy, would never recommend or use again.

Comment on agent fees
For this particular kind of work I appreciate that there are no fees involved. I do object to tenancy renewal fees as changing the dates on an existing tenancy agreement does not involve a lot of work. I also dislike that I have not been allowed to move to a periodic tenancy agreement d I have been at the property for nearly 2 years. It is extremely difficult to try to plan your life around intervals of 6/12/24 months.
