We had 4 valuations but decided on Sarah as we just felt so confident she would sell our property for the price we wanted, & we were correct. The photos & marketing were superb, as was Sarah's communication. Our home sold on the first viewing, & Sarah guided us throughout the whole stressful process, she even got things moving when everything seemed to be dragging.
I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Sarah to anyone selling their home. She's quite simply brilliant.
