We can't say enough wonderful things about Pilkington Estates. They offer outstanding and professional service throughout the whole process of selling and buying a property, from initial valuation to completion.
Having recently sold our property using Pilkington Estates, a buyer was secured for the property within a week of going onto the market. Jon and Matthew were brilliant as usual, heading up the negotiations - as with the previous property we had sold using Pilkington's.
Having found our onward purchase, things became a little more complex, entering into a large chain of several properties with some challenges surrounding the other properties in the chain, delaying the process along the way.
This is where the expertise of Pilkington's team became invaluable, and in particular, Claire. Claire was overseeing the aftersales team for the duration of the selling/purchasing process, and she worked tirelessly to iron out every problem that arose. She did this with the greatest compassion, too, as at times the situation could be somewhat frustrating and upsetting.
We felt that we were thoroughly supported by Pilkington's at every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. The knowledge and experience of the whole team is immeasurable. No matter what questions we needed answering, one could always be found.
Pilkington Estates would be our first choice to market a property every time and would be our recommation for anyone looking to market theirs.
