Recently sold a property through Pilkington Estates and found the team there to be highly supportive, providing solid advice, help give realistic expectations with regard to the sale of the property and what to expect. Whenever called upon for updates, news or assistance, always rapid in responding.
The only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star review was the experience with the solicitors used for the sale. We elected to utilise the sales package that included a conveyancing service with the company Muve. Ultimately it was our choice and we could have done some homework to manage our own expectations of what to expect with Muve, but sadly, at least the staff their assigned to our sale, were poor communicators and at times outright lied about what they had been doing to progress the sale.
That said, the team at Pilkington Estates were incredibly helpful in supporting us getting Muve to get their act in gear, as best they could.
Would I recommend Pilkington Estates to others for a sale / purchase - absolutely - though I'd add the caveat of avoiding using Muve as a conveyancing option.
