I had the pleasure of staying at Platinum House, managed by Hanover Shine Estate Agents, and felt compelled to share my experience with a wider audience. The level of service I received from Fiona Meredith and Kim Badol far exceeded my expectations, and I was genuinely surprised and delighted with how smoothly everything went during my time there.
Kim and Fiona truly went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was both comfortable and enjoyable. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel more like family than just a tenant, which is something you don't often come across. Their prompt communication, helpfulness, and attention to detail made a real difference in my day-to-day life, taking away much of the usual stress that can accompany a rental experience.

We were simply doing our job, using the evidence we had to hand from the professional third-party inventory/schedule of condition and check-out report. Overall Fees
