Letting Fee:
Charged at the rate of 8%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), of the full rent payable for the full term of the tenancy during the first twelve month period, and deducted full-term in advance. Should the tenancy renew into a second year, our second year letting fee will be charged at the reduced rate of 6%, plus VAT, and then again at 5%, plus VAT, should the tenancy continue into a third year and beyond. All fees are payable term in advance.
Rent Collection:
Charged in addition to our Letting Fee, at the rate of 2%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), and deducted pro rata, each time rent is paid to the Landlord.
Property Management (includes Rent Collection)
Charged in addition to our Letting Fee, at the rate of 5%, plus VAT (charged at the prevailing rate), and deducted pro rata, each time rent is paid to the Landlord.
We do not charge fees to Tenants! The Tenant only pays rent and deposit, the latter of which is limited to a maximum of five week's rent.
