I can't speak highly enough about the exceptional experience we had from start to finish with Comfort Estates. From the moment we signed for the keys, it was clear that we were in capable hands - a stark contrast to other companies in the area.
The team were very responsiveness and efficient. We had a problem with our shower and following a call that morning the issue was solved the following morning. This level of attention and care made us feel super reassured. The transparency and clarity provided throughout was also very impressive. The inventory was clearly outlined and explained making moving in and out seamless. I must give special mention to Andy, who was simply amazing throughout. Professional, helpful, and wiling to go the extra mile made all the difference.
I would highly recommend Comfort Estates to any student - or anyone - looking for a hassle-free rental experience in Nottingham. Thank you, Andy, and the entire Comfort Estates team for making our tenancy such a positive one!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
