Pilkington Estates were a joy to deal with from beginning to end!
As a first time buyer, the process can often feel overwhelming and confusing but Pilkington's were always on hand to help. They never made you feel stupid or like you were wasting their time for asking a question, they were consistently open, considerate and kind.
I dealt with Maisie, Chloe and Lucy all of whom were so professional and supportive. They completely understand the stressors and pressures of buying a property and managed to balance support for both buyer and vendor brilliantly.
I couldn't recommend this estate agent enough, especially for first time buyers! If ever I come to sell my property, they will be the first people I call!
