I recently encountered an issue with the washing machine in my flat, which was causing the electrical circuits to trip. I reached out to my estate agent, DBK, and Angelika from DBK promptly sent an electrician to assess the situation. The electrician confirmed that the washing machine was faulty and needed to be replaced.

I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the entire process. Angelika quickly arranged for a new washing machine to be installed, and the replacement was completed within just a few days. The service was professional, and the communication throughout was clear and reassuring.

Angelika's quick response and commitment to resolving the issue made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm very pleased with the outcome and appreciate the excellent service provided.

If you're looking for an estate agent who is responsive and takes tenant concerns seriously, I highly recommend them based on my experience.
