We previously listed our property with a different agent, but after several weeks, they failed to secure any viewings, and we had to reduce the asking price twice. This experience left us quite disappointed, and we were rather pessimistic about putting our property back on the market. However, everything changed when we met Chloe and Maisie! They were absolutely fantastic, starting with the house valuation, explaining all their packages, securing numerous viewings within the first few days, and supporting us throughout the entire process.
Jon was also very friendly and professional, and we really appreciated that he personally called to confirm that Pilkington Estates had secured an offer for us. He then proceeded to negotiate a higher price on our behalf. We also decided to follow Pilkington's recommendation for a conveyancing company, and we couldn't have made a better choice! We used the company for both the sale of our old property and the purchase of our new one, and the entire process was a very positive experience.
We will definitely be recommending Pilkington Estates and Muve Conveyancing to any friends and family considering putting their property on the market!
