The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. I have been renting through them for 18 months and the end of the tenancy was so stressful because of them. They were calling me with differing pieces of information. Overcharged me because they got the date of our tenancy end wrong. Accused me of not professionally cleaning when I have the invoice and the place was spotless.
All the while they never replied to crucial emails.
