Fiona was amazing and helped us find our flat before she left. That was the only positive about the estate agents. Awful communication, ignorant and refuse to help even if its their job. They get paid to help to deal with these issues and instead have you stuck between a rock and a hard place as you cannot do anything as a tenant. Birju has completely ignored all communications and actually ignored me and my flatmate in person when we last seen him. Would not recommend this estate agents at all! If you're looking for anywhere to live look into going with estate agents who care and will do their jobs!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
