Lauren, Emma and Louise were brilliant at helping negotiating a price which allowed us to get our offer accepted. They explained the buying process very well and made sure to answer any of our questions quite quickly which was really convenient for me and my partner as we are first time buyers and without their help we would’ve found this process confusing and stressful.
