Apart from a great location and a few decent staff That's it , This is just one of many incidents I was sitting in our shared garden chatting to residents for no reason a staff she verbally abused and physically assaulted me six separate times and again the next day, yet when I met with the manageress she kept her employed here I was shocked by this, eventually I was talking to someone in suth Plus a particular resident Continues threatening abusive behavior to myself and to other residents makes totally unnecessary false accusations wasting staff and residents time also causing permanent damage to the house, and stealing residents kitchen utensils, also turn off the fire alarm many times which then would not go on if there was another fire as it needs to be reset by someone in authority, therefore putting residents lives at risk this happened many times yet staff did nothing when I raised my concerns considering I live on top floor With No Fire Escape From My Room, this resident broke the housing contract on so many levels, so the Manageres Endorses violent abusive behavior,
YET The Manageres told me not to report any more incidents caused by this resident, YET on our notice board there's a poster Stating If you have been threatened or abused Contact Staff!, No Safeguarding here at all. FINALLY STAFF LOCKED UP THE VERY DANGEROUS PRODUCTS WHICH COME UNDER COSH REGULATIONS I report this many times prior, I pay a TV licence but ever since I've been living here it doesn't work properly , to find out after a year of reporting this to staff that they hadn't reported the TV issues, still waiting for TV Guy to fix the aerial and cables thought the house, as a quote has been put in after he came to see the issues again. I Fell down a flight of stairs three times due to loose carpet, broke my new expensive caped tooth, fell over in drive way putting rubbish out due to lumps of metal sticking out from the broken uneven drive way were our communal bins are kept, Staff came in to my room when I was out without my permission To find staff had caused damage to my upright Hoover now it doesn't stand upright it been knocked over By staff When I moved in I reporting that my wardrobe door hinges were broken which ended up tearing my bedding box as there was no were else to keep this, staff he said my hinges this will never get repaired before i move from out from here When I moved in my room was very dirty big cobwebs hanging from my high ceiling Carpet disgusting, Dirty matres covered in urine stains both sides A broken bed bass Which ripped my bedding Staff said we have a different perspective on what's clean My sink is so tiny Im unable to fill up a kettle 8 rooms with no inter comes No individual letterboxes for all 8 flats, We have 1 shared bathrooms & Toilet & 1 shared tiny shower and toilet I can just about fit in, The flats aren't registered with the royal mail only registered by the house number The shared kitchen my cupboard is so small can hardly put food in it One shelf in a shared fridge and same for the freezer pathetic How many people does it take to change a light bulb, The whole of the Maintenance Team over a period of Months That's how bad they really are, The rooms registered as Flats but there just bedrooms, lots of help lines posters no one answers Except out of Hours they said were busy told me to get of the line, Phoned accountancy re my utility bills they misinformed me how's this Possible, i'm Still wating for the outcome for all these issues, All This has had a massive negative effect on my well being dealing with obnoxious staff, and Abusive resident, yet this is supposed to be supported housing, No support here what so ever. Hold staff Accountable is what's Seriously Needed as The staff are good at being consistent with there negative attitude towards residents that's for sure, Only very recently I have been allocated a sanctuary key worker, to find out he had written up a load of lies about me, I was told by Manageress that this is no longer supported housing as everyone is now self medicating, but I've just found out that SS can't always be at this particular house as they have to go to the other group of sanctuary supported houses of 5 within this group due to the fact they have to go to go there to give certain residents there medication so what is sanctuary supported housing now registered as? If anyone knows let the staff no as there so clueless as to what is really is going on here, especially as there's so much contradictions between what the staff, As i'm not allowed to say SS are full off B#//S@;T, So I wrote this instead!, There's more hot air from the SS that work here, compared to a load of Led Zeppelins back to back that are all on fire.
