Absolutely awful. 6 months of nothing but problems. 2 months with no freezer, 3 weeks no hob, gardener we were charged for never turned up and then they hold back £155 of deposit because of light dust on skirting board . Lies and profiteering. Will never use again.

Dear S, I would like to address your concerns. It seems that both of the notices were unforeseen circumstances because the landlords informed us they were looking for long term tenants at the beginning of the tenancy. Unfortunately, in both cases their situation changed which is always frustrating to Tenants and Lettings Agents alike.
