Have been using them for 5 years now and am fed up and looking for another agent to manage my properties. I have good tennants who are decent people, they have not been impressed with the lack of respect shown by the management company. More to the point as an expat landlord they have provided poor contactors who have carried out insubtantial work at excessive costs. One contractor even had the audacity to take a perfectly good quality mixer tap off a sink that was working perfectly and replace it with a cheap sub standard unit. It is a bit of a shame as I could do without the hassle of finding a replacement agent.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more considerate to tennants and use contractors who are not cowboys!Attached Filesnbsp;
