It's been 3 and half months since I have moved out and I've never heard anything about my deposit. I called after 10 days of moving out and I was told it could take up to 12 weeks. Now it's been almost 4 months and they have said nothing. Tried to call the deposit team so many time and they always say no one is available to help .Tried to send emails but they don't respond. I asked for the landlord details from the agent but l was told ,they are not allowed to disclose the landlord personal information.
