Just left S John Homes as a Tenant, I have found another property through another Agent and looking at the fee I have paid to S John Homes I was totally conned out of my money. To move into their property they charged me nearly £500 for referencing and admin!!!!!!!
I also noticed that I am being charged for the CHECK IN and CHECK OUT, surely the landlord should pay for the CHECK IN they also charge to register the deposit (I thought this was free for the agents as it is LAW).
