Ian first arrived at the house to value and market the property, he was professional and courteous throughout his visit.
Within a couple of hours of Ian's visit, Becca (sales) phoned to ask if she could have her clients attend the property for a viewing.
They arrived two days later and Becca showed them around the property on our behalf... it was essentially sold there and then for a price acceptable to both parties.
Becca's knowledge of the local property market and what fit's for clients she has is impressive.
She has been approachable, professional and is a credit to Beresfords Upminster.
