We first dealt with Dave and Caroline in 2011 when we were purchasing our first home. Being first time buyers, we had little knowledge of what is involved in buying a house. (mortgage rates/deals, insurances, etc). Dave handled absolutely everything for us and spent a lot of time answering my many questions! He found us our first mortgage, our life and critical illness cover and our buildings insurance, all at really good rates. He took the time getting to know us and talked us through everything. You can get early morning appointments or late afternoon which are helpful for us. 2 years later we went back to Dave to find a new mortgage rate and within minutes he had found us a deal which would save us a lot of money. He set everything up for us again and it's a huge relief knowing that someone can help in an area that we don't feel entirely comfortable dealing with on our own. I would definitely recommend Dave and Caroline to family and friends, and we will definitely be contacting Dave again in 2 years time for a new mortgage!
