You were not given permission to drill holes in the wall, all the kitchen cupboards were very dirty (we have photos) and the drawer in the freezer was completely broken and unusable.
We could not expect the next tenant to accept the above and so needed to employ three different contractors for each job. This all takes time and incurs costs. We have invoices for everything and have, as always, remained transparent throughout the process.
You were given the opportunity to dispute this as your deposit was protected, but you declined.
If you had left the property in the condition you found it (as it is stated in your tenancy agreement) we would not have had to spend time sorting these things out.
