Honestly had a really terrible experience with this company. Slow on returning deposits, arrived at my rental and it was horrible - messy, poorly painted, black mould in bathroom, stains everywhere, holes in the wall, broken blinds, faulty washing machine etc.
They really did the bare minimum and never responded to our upset. Booked time to 'inspect' but allocated slots between 9to5 which is incredibly vague - even sometimes allocated any time between two dates which is awfully unprofessional. I really can't express my grievances enough!
I just moved and I am represented by a different property management company and every time I call I am never on hold for longer than 5 minutes, I talk to the same two people who I've corresponded with by email and calls countless times and every little detail has been clued in to me. It really isn't all rental companies.
Cannot express more that you need to avoid any property managed by them no matter how 'nice' it might seem.
Hate to be so harsh with 1 star (would give 0 given an option though) as it probably reflects the staff - I am sure they are over worked/under staffed and it's not actually their fault. My review is based on the company but not any individual staff members.
