Honestly, it's best to avoid this letting agency. Admin staff are very rude and unprofessional. Can't count how many times they hung up the phone on me and to make matters worse, lied against me. Yes, we lost the deposit fee but that is much better than dealing with their very unprofessional attitude. They do not reply emails, would rather call to respond to an email sent so there is no proof of what they've said. The contract sent contradicts the Landlord's responsibilities according to England's laws and because I asked about it, was told we failed references after telling us congratulations initially that we passed the checks. Please avoid them cos if they are this rude at the beginning, I wonder what happens much later.

Unfortunately you have no legal right to rent in the UK hence why we couldn’t move forward with your application. Good luck in the future.

This is incorrect. The tenants applied to renew their tenancy agreement, which we duly completed. They changed their mind as they organised a new property. So they wished to remain with us for a longer period so your accusations are false and leads that things cannot be as bad as you describe. In addition the reason for the relationship deteriorating is that you called the office swearing at a young girl and threatening her. Dealing with you was possibly the worst experience we have come across. ...
