We approached two other large estate agents in Dennistoun to value our home prior to speaking with Pacitti Jones. Both provided a value lower than what Pacitti Jones ultimately provided and one felt a bit dishonest and the other very inexperienced. I was delighted when Paul from Pacitti Jones visited our property to value it. He was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable and instantly put us at ease. He told us what he thought we might sell the flat for and whilst I wasn't convinced it turned out to be absolutely correct and we achieved far more than I had hoped we might! Importantly for us we trusted him and I am very glad we did.
The level of care we received from Shona and Georgia in the office was exceptional. They are organised, extremely efficient and very professional. They guided us through the process at every step of the way, telling us each time we spoke when we would hear from them next and always hearing from them within this time frame.
We are incredibly grateful to the team at Pacitti Jones Dennistoun for making what I thought might be a stressful experience a very smooth one with a terrific outcome for us.
