An absolutely appalling block management company - overpriced and poor service, they make mistakes (even with block accounts) and they have no specialist knowledge, they do not run checks on completed work, they do not follow up on basic questions......Brannens are just awful.

Also a shocking and rude communication style by Block Managers, who are generally unhelpful and lacking in any basic customer service knowledge or skills. Brannens seem to forget that they are supposed to be providing a service to the block owners, Directors and tenants who 'pay them!'

They are a complete shambles of a company in a 'currently' poorly regulated sector of block management.....

Save yourself the trouble and money and avoid them at all costs, or read other peoples reviews!

Good Afternoon, please contact me on [email protected] - if you wish to discuss any of these issues further. We would of course expect the boiler to be working when you moved into a property. The gas safety certificate and boiler service (where applicable) are undertaken once a year. No fees information available
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
