Rang them enquiring about a couple of flats they had listed available to rent; spoke to Helen who was ok but rude saying I sounded young and implied I couldn't afford certain flats based on my voice which is disgraceful. I'm in my mid 20s and most probably earn more than her! She said someone called Sue would call me back at the weekend (2 days later) to arrange a viewing, I waited til the afternoon to call her and when I did she was dismissive and said she would call me back - I also tried to enquire about another property which was new on their website but wasn't interested - she never did call me back so in that time I found another property with a better company! Someone else from leaders called me a week later asking if I was still looking for a property and that they found one I might be interested in. Highly unhelpful as I needed something quickly! Wouldn't waste my time with them again! A friend has also had a bad time with them, she was so unimpressed with their service over the phone and waiting for call backs went into their branch and had a viewing arranged for a different property within minutes - the property was great but the agent never called her back to see if she wanted it as she agreed she would hold it for an hour til she could discuss it with her partner but when my friend called them to say yes the price had miracously increased!

We are sorry that you were not pleased with the condition of the flat when you moved in. Your requests prior to your occupation were passed to your Landlord to carry out. As mentioned on the phone we were not managing the property and are not instructed by the Landlord to carry out any work.
If you would like to discuss the flat further please feel free to come in to teh office.
