Farran and the whole team at Beresfords, Harold Wood were so helpful, reassuring and put mind at rest at every stage of the selling process. Amazing how the little things can make you more stressed than the bigger things, having no Q too small to be able to ask for clarification, is a must in the selling process as much as in the buying.
Especially if you've not sold for some years! All the handholding was so much appreciated so that you don't overthink the process, realise everything sometimes is just normal! Nothing they haven't seen, experienced or been asked all before.
