In my opinion the worst estate agent I have ever had to deal with, and I have dealt with a lot over the years. Sian booked a viewing for a house, telling my partner there was an offer on the table. Still she said it was fine to come for a viewing.

My partner made it very clear he would be taking Friday off work to travel firstly to pick me up from the Royal Papworth Hospital in Cambridge, an 80 mile trip from our home, then taking me to a hotel in lincs a further 100 plus miles to view the house,

As we arrived at Lincoln in the mid afternoon Friday, Sian from Bells Estate agents called me, very rude to me, telling me she was cancelling our viewing ! I told her we are here in Lincoln 180 /200 miles away from home, and I had just come out of the Royal Papworth a day early to view. Sian told me she could not help that, it was not her fault (the person who booked the viewing) was more rude and put the phone down on me. I was in tears.

Bells left the house showing for sale until I called Sian again just now to see if it had indeed sold. 'Oh I forgot to mark it as sold' she said. I told her she had made us travel all that way for nothing and why not just tell us to have held off viewing to see if the original offer was asking price, over and would be accepted to save messing us around to the extent she did. Sian kept repeating 'I didn't make you do anything ' Well Sian you are the estate agent who booked the viewing, what would you call that then? It is your job to book viewings. I have now contacted the solicitor in charge of the estate and reported Bells actions. I will be finding the family who have just been left with less money than they deserved.

Atrocious communication with both vendor and purchasers, copy and paste e mails rather than telephone calls. Viewers say she is arrogant and rude and does not listen to what they say. Does not return calls and ignores requests. Huge mistake on our part to believe ...

We appreciate and note the comments made and as parties are aware we have already reacted to investigation the concerns raised, as this response is contrary to the high compliments we do receive from clients as regards our staff and service at all our offices and the amount of chocolates, biscuits, flowers, bottles of wine and formal commendations also received. Let the buyer and seller beware, appalling customer service, no feedback provided and as for the complaints procedure - completely dismissive, they obviously don't take complaints seriously....

Absolutely appalling attitude toward tenants, and shoddy procedures upon checkout leading to a lengthy dispute case which I might add went in our favour....
