Lisa is apparently the manager and my first phone call with her after her asking me to do her job and contact my previous agent about the wrong rent amount being sent over she put the phone down on me because I bought this to light which is incredibly unprofessional and as I work in customer service this really should be a sackable offence in my opinion. Since then she has badgered me on numerous occasions about the fact I had to change my inspection day a few times which I am afraid can happen with mine and my partners schedule. I feel like because I rent I am made to feel like I am a nobody with no rights and that is not the case. I am trying my best to be in a position to buy and it is so hard but I do not deserve to be treated less than human just because I rent. If I was a landlord I would not touch these people with a barge pole, I would wat a professional to handle my business and treat my tenants with the respect they deserve considering they are paying you either a huge profit or paying your mortgage with their own hard earned money.
The way the recent rent increase has been handled is awful aswell, basically saying we don't have a choice. I have completely lost faith that they are even following procedures here. Fell Reynolds our last agent handled this with care and we agreed an amount.

He loves the prestige of being the manager. So his fees are quite good. Trouble is, he has control of our accounts and they're not audited.
